New Ceiling Installation – Remodeling

We specialize in new suspended ceiling installation for small and mid-sized commercial jobs. We install Armstrong and USG products. We don’t just install new ceilings, we also maintain them!

High Dusting – Open concept/Corrugated Steel Cleaning

The accumulation of dust is an often-overlooked health hazard and danger to any company. For general health and aesthetics of your property, high dusting/cleaning is an important component of your maintenance program.
CPI technicians are OSHA certified on booms and lifts to access those complex areas where dust build up creates a problem. Protection of customer machinery is mandatory and CPI will take all precautions to ensure there is no disruption to your production.

Ceiling Tile Replacement / Repairs

Water damaged, moldy and cracked ceiling tiles are replaced before our ceiling restoration process. One of our experts will find the make and model number of your tile and replace with new tile. Our professionals can also perform routine maintenance and repairs at your locations and change out damaged tile only as an ongoing service agreement.

Acoustical Coating

If your current ceiling is structurally sound, ceiling restoration will save budget $$. You can experience up to 65% savings with ceiling restoration vs. replacing with new materials. Restore the bright white you want or we can tint to a designer color of your choice. Application is completed in one-third of the time required to remove and replace the ceiling, and solid waste disposal (discarding old materials) is avoided.
